All the products are double walled stainless steel vacuum sealed insulators with either a powder coat or glossy paint finish and laser engraved logo.

After you place your order, we process and prepare it for shipment within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time is then 6-12 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary, especially for international orders.

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with packaging. To start a return, please email us at [email protected] to receive instructions and a Return Authorization. Note that personalized items or used drinkware cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide from our fulfillment centers.

As the customer, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be charged by your country upon delivery. FrostBuddyHub does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to follow its journey to your doorstep.

We stand behind the quality of our drinkware. All products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team.

Most of our insulated drinkware is not recommended for dishwasher cleaning, as the high heat can damage the vacuum seal and finish. For the longevity of your product, we advise hand washing with warm, soapy water. Please refer to the care instructions included with your specific product.
