This Shipping Policy outlines the details of how we process and deliver your Frost Buddy order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Once your order has left our fulfillment center, please allow an estimated 6 to 12 business days for delivery to most destinations. Please note that this is a shipping estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our direct control, such as carrier processing, customs inspections (for international orders), weather events, or local postal service delays.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable logistics carriers and national postal services to deliver your order. The specific carrier used will be selected based on efficiency and your delivery location.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched from our facility. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/suite numbers. Frost Buddy is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]; we will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been processed for shipment.
International Shipping
For orders shipping outside our primary country of origin, please be aware that they may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled or collected by Frost Buddy.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
While delivery delays are uncommon, they can occur. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 10 business days) or your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
