Eligibility for Refunds

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Refundable Items
For the protection of all our customers, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Any product that is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, or is damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items that are returned without all original packaging and components.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance (these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).

How to Initiate a Return & Refund
To start the process, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: Ship the unused, repackaged item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • Approval & Timing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed. The funds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items
